Vegan strawberry cold dish

If the days get a little warmer in spring, you can cool down with a vegan strawberry cold bowl. The fruits contain a lot of vitamin C, have an antioxidant effect and have a positive effect on the heart and blood circulation.


Strawberries, saucepan, blender

Wash the strawberries and cut into quarters. Half goes into a pot and is pureed. Leave the other half as is or cut even smaller.


Wash lemons and pat dry. Peel off the zest and squeeze out the juice. Add both to the pureed strawberries.

Cinnamon Stick, Vanilla Extract, Syrup, Grape Juice, Starch, Strawberry Chunks

Fold all the ingredients into the pureed strawberries. Mix starch with 2 tbsp water until smooth. Boil the mixture and mix in the starch. Bring to the boil again and fold in the remaining strawberries.

Take the finished cold dish off the stove and let it cool down. Remove the cinnamon stick. Then keep in the fridge until ready to eat.

Distribute the strawberry cold bowl in glasses. Decorate with a whole strawberry and lemon balm leaves.
