Delicious cookies with no added sugar! The vegan peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are sweetened with dates. These also contain many minerals such as potassium, calcium and magnesium.



Pour boiling water over the dates and let them soak for 10 minutes. Then drain them in a sieve.

Puree the soaked dates, oats and peanut butter with a hand blender.

Dark chocolate, oatmeal and dates

Break up the chocolate and fold into the mixture.

Shape the cookies as you like.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat and bake the biscuits in the oven for 10 minutes.
