Baked oats provide you with a lot of energy for the day, especially for breakfast. Oatmeal is packed with fiber, vitamins and minerals. They also contain long-chain carbohydrates that keep you full for longer. Eating oatmeal can also have a positive effect on cholesterol levels.


Rolled oats, oat drink, applesauce/apple pulp, dates, cinnamon

Place the ingredients in a blender and puree to a homogeneous mass.


Wash and core the apple. Cut half of the apple into small pieces and fold into the oatmeal mixture. Thinly slice the other half for the topping.

Grease an ovenproof dish with some vegetable margarine. Then fill in the oatmeal mixture and top with nuts and apple slices. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
