You like Kaiserschmarrn and are looking for a low-calorie variant? Then try this delicious and protein-rich Kaiserschmarrn with Skyr. This recipe is quick and easy to prepare.


Egg, Skyr, Spelled Flour, Baking Powder, Maple Syrup

Mix all ingredients with a whisk to a firm mass.

Skyr batter, raisins, oil

Add the raisins to the batter and mix. Bake the mass in a pan brushed with a little oil on a low level as a pancake. Be sure to turn it several times so that the Kaiserschmarrn doesn’t get too dark. Finally, use a spatula to cut the pancake into bite-sized pieces.

Kaiserschmarrn, apple puree, powdered sugar

Sprinkle the Kaiserschmarrn with some powdered sugar. Process erythritol in a blender to create a fine powder. Then dip the Kaiserschmarrn in apple pulp and enjoy.
