This potato gratin tastes particularly good in combination with the apple and blue cheese. The potato is comparatively low in calories and, in addition to vitamin C, also provides you with calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. A delicious oven dish!
Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Wash and chop the thyme. Then put in the pot and sauté. Then add the cheese, broth and cream to allow the cheese to melt.

Stir the sauce, then pour evenly over the casserole. Pepper. Then bake for about 30 minutes. For very thin slices, 25 minutes is enough.
