Wholemeal noodles convince with a lot of dietary fiber, which keeps you full for longer than wheat noodles. In combination with salmon and spinach, the pasta casserole also provides the body with healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.

Thaw the spinach and salmon. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot and add the noodles. Only cook for about 8 minutes so that the noodles are still al dente. Then drain the noodles in a colander.

Cut the defrosted salmon into pieces and finely chop the spinach. Place the pasta in a large bowl, fold in the salmon and spinach. Pour everything evenly into a casserole dish.

For the sauce, mix the cream and sour cream together. Then add the vegetable stock, dill, lemon juice, some pepper and salt. Pour the liquid evenly over the noodles. Place the casserole in the oven for about 35 minutes.
