Pear, butter, honey, vinegar
Wash the pear, peel, core, cut into thin slices and set aside. Melt the butter in a pan, add the honey and deglaze with vinegar. Boil the mixture and let it cool down.
Lamb’s lettuce, herder’s or feta cheese
Clean the lamb’s lettuce, wash and shake dry. Cut the herder’s cheese into small cubes.
Walnuts, butter and vinegar stock, oil, salt, pepper
Chop the walnuts. Add the oil to the butter and vinegar sauce and season with salt and pepper.
