Lamb’s lettuce with pear and walnuts

This crunchy lamb’s lettuce with pear, feta and walnuts is quick to prepare. With this combination of ingredients you can stimulate your thinking skills and support the functions of memory. The fruits provide the required silicic and phosphoric acids and the copper, the nuts the messenger substance acetylcholine. The lamb’s lettuce also contributes many vitamins and minerals.


Pear, butter, honey, vinegar

Wash the pear, peel, core, cut into thin slices and set aside. Melt the butter in a pan, add the honey and deglaze with vinegar. Boil the mixture and let it cool down.

Lamb’s lettuce, herder’s or feta cheese

Clean the lamb’s lettuce, wash and shake dry. Cut the herder’s cheese into small cubes.

Walnuts, butter and vinegar stock, oil, salt, pepper

Chop the walnuts. Add the oil to the butter and vinegar sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the lamb’s lettuce on a plate and sprinkle the herder’s cheese cubes over it. Place the pear slices in between. Drizzle the butter-vinegar sauce over the salad as a dressing and sprinkle the walnuts over the salad as a topping.
